*As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will: *Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the outpatient setting.Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function and quality of life.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records.Provide support across various outpatient facilities as needed.Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through professional development. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited programActive Physical Therapist license in OklahomaCurrent CPR certificationStrong understanding of evidence-based PT practicesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
