Please note that this position would be the first called upon to float locations in consideration of necessary staffing coverage. Travel between all centers (Greenfield Township, Hallstead & Montrose) is to be expected.

Position Requirements

Strong foundation of customer service required

1 year of experience in outpatient medical setting preferred

Experience working with electronic medical records preferred

Familiarity working in primary care and behavioral health is highly recommended

Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills

Adept at problem-solving

Flexibility and adaptability to change
