You'll lead a team of passionate fitness professionals, build deep connections with our members, and be the face of CycleBar in the Cranberry Township community.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations: Oversee all aspects of studio performance, including staff scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.Sales Leadership: Drive membership sales through outreach, lead conversion, and community events.Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach studio staff and instructors to ensure peak performance and engagement.Customer Experience: Ensure every guest and member receives exceptional service from the first interaction to post-class follow-ups.Brand Representation: Serve as the local ambassador for CycleBar, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.Financial Management: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.What We're Looking For2+ years of experiencein sales, fitness, or retail managementProven success inteam leadership and performance-driven environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and results-orientedA passion for health, wellness, and community engagementAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and eveningsComplimentary CycleBar membershipGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing brandA supportive, high-energy team environmentWhy CycleBar?This isn't your typical fitness job.
