● Current LPN license in state
● LPN skills with IV Certification
● Ability to pass a background check

*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Duties & Responsibilities*:
● Provide quality nursing care to residents
● Coordinate total nursing care for residents
● Implement specific procedures and programs
● Work with Director of Nursing + Assistant Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals
● Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures
● Provide daily reports
*Management involvement:* We help with meal passing. We help with call lights. We help assist on the floor. We have an open-door policy and will be there even when you just need someone to talk to. Nurse Managers help with all new admissions. We are always a phone call away to help with any concerns that may arise
*About us*: Northcrest Living Center is a locally-owned and operated skilled nursing facility with 62-beds. We service long-term care residents, post-acute care residents, VA contracted, and work with multiple hospice agencies.
