Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using various medical equipment, including ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and X-ray.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting.
  • Proven expertise in IABP Impella and interventional cath peripheral/coronary procedures.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • ARRT certification.
  • EP experience preferred.

  • EMR system: Meditech.
  • Number of beds: 2 cath labs.
  • Patient ratios: 1:1.
  • Type of equipment: IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, ultrasound.
