Key Responsibilities Conduct daily morning inpatient rounds for assigned patients, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and progress documentation. Participate in mandatory interdisciplinary treatment team meetings on Mondays at 1:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. Provide telephone‑only on‑call coverage during evening and overnight hours to support continuity of care. Collaborate with attending psychiatrists, nursing, and social work staff to ensure safe and effective patient care. Maintain compliance with documentation, regulatory standards, and facility protocols. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually for 180 working days per year. Qualifications Certification: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC). Licensure: Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License (or eligibility). Experience: At least 1–2 years in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred. Experience in geriatric psychiatry strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
