Job OverviewOur Design Consultants (In-Home Sales Consultants) are at the forefront of our purpose: helping our customers envision and bring to life the window and door replacement projects that will enhance and beautify the spaces they live in.Highlights of your roleRepresent Marvin professionally, delivering an outstanding customer experience.In-Home Sales process, product demonstration, proposal development, and contract completion.Continued contact with customer, developing repeat/referral opportunities.Continued education on company, products, and process - always improving craft.Ability to earn over $100K each year, with our top consultants earning in excess of $200K.We will supply set appointments with homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doorsCommissions are credited at the time of order (no waiting for the install for half of your commissions)Car Allowance (plus mileage reimbursement)Cell Phone and Laptop or iPadMonthly and Annual bonus opportunitiesCompensation$100,000 - $250,000+ earning potential Commission & Bonus OpportunityYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredProficient with CRM and electronic pricing tools is helpful, but not requiredOutside Sales experience preferred, however we will provide paid; comprehensive industry, product and services trainingMotivated by and derive great personal satisfaction from helping people.Also want to make sure you haveValid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.Flexibility for appointments with our customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift 30lbsWe invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
