You will run and grow the business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence, and leading, developing, and coaching direct reports. Your leadership and passion for results allows the store team to provide solutions to our customers and reach the store financial goals. General Duties and Responsibilities Model FedEx Office values to customers and team members Build and inspire high‑performing teams using tools, resources, and effective judgment and decision‑making in selection, training, development, retention, and performance management Coach and teach your team, ensuring they have the required tools and information to support company goals Work with the largest accounts and complex customer needs, serving as a consultative partner to host properties and commercial sales for key customers Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members Own all store controls: SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling, and compliance with state and federal laws and system management Continuously improve operational and sales activities to ensure the store exceeds financial and customer experience targets Exhibit independent judgment, self‑management, and effective decision‑making in the performance of daily duties such as accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps, and bank deposits Prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established timeframes by planning, delegating, supervising, monitoring, and directing store leaders and other team members Share ideas and use Quality Improvement tools to enhance the business Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Required: Minimum High School diploma or GED 4+ years of related experience (e.g., retail, service, hospitality, military), including 3+ years of supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in effect at time of hiring Current FedEx Office team members must satisfy hiring criteria and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook Essential Functions Stand and move around the store to manage daily operations Move and lift up to 55 pounds Regularly bend/twist at the waist and knees Travel as required to meet customers, vendors, and other business needs Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and team members Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members Perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction Function in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities Work independently and report regularly to maintain business hours and store support Preferred Qualifications Pay range: $61,578.15 – $98,525.05 annually, commensurate with experience, market, location, and job‑related factors allowed by law.
