Responsibilities:

•Support 2-3 attorneys

•Handle litigation matters in NJ

•In charge of scheduling and E-filing cases

•Responsible for case management

•Experience Drafting Motions, Complaints and Discovery

•Familiarity with local court rules and procedures

•An investigative mind and strong research skills

•Excellent communication and time management skills

•Special Education, Business Litigation and Consumer Fraud Litigation a plus

Requirements:

• Paralegal Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

• You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation Paralegal.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, primarily Word & Excel.

• The individual must demonstrate the ability to organize, and analyze complex and diverse

information and use same to resolve problems in a timely manner.

• The individual must pursue training and development opportunities in order to continuously

build knowledge and skills. We want you to increase your skills and continue to learn

• The individual must display openness to others views, must be able to balance team and

individual responsibilities. Must contribute to building positive team spirit by supporting

everyone’s efforts to succeed. Teamwork rules

• The individual must show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and work toward

promoting a harassment free environment and diverse workforce. The individual must treat

everyone with respect, work with integrity and uphold and support organizational values and

• The individual must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, apply feedback to improve

performance and monitor his or her own work to ensure quality. Individual should always bewilling to generate suggestions to improve individual and departmental performance. We are

• Must complete tasks correctly and on time. Deadlines are important to us and should be

important to you If you are not a deadline kind of person, we are not the right fit for you.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Bonus, Incentives, Health, Dental and Vision
