Partner Growth Director – Data Velir, an established mid‑size agency, is looking for a Partner Growth Director – Data to develop and manage strategic partner relationships that drive business growth and market presence. Overview As a remote‑first company, Velir values people, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role partners with leadership to create partner strategies that increase revenue through new client acquisition and deepen existing alliances. Responsibilities Develop and implement partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue across all channels. Leverage deep understanding of services to communicate value propositions and solutions. Conduct compelling sales presentations and agency overview, both in‑person and virtually. Maintain awareness of key industry players and trends, recommending targeted initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and sales. Establish lead generating activities internally and externally along strategic touch points with top partner contacts. Implement KPIs to track partnership success; analyze and report performance to leadership. Evaluate and consult on potential partner events and engagements that align with overall strategy. Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data sales or client‑facing strategy and consulting. Demonstrated ability to lead and identify partnership opportunities within ecosystem partners (Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Domo, etc.). Strong analytical skills; data‑driven decision making and understanding of complex technical concepts. Critical thinking and listening skills; strategic evaluation of opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Strong project management skills. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
