Overview FDM Group is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our five core specialist Practices: Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance. We are seeking a KYC Analyst located in Miami, FL to support a project in the financial services sector. The engagement is anticipated to last initially 12 months and may be extended. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this position. This is a W2 role directly with FDM; C2C, 1099, or employment sponsorship (e.g., H1-B) is not available. Key Responsibilities Detailed initial review of case files, identifying gaps in the front office submission Clearly articulating why, the submitted files meet (or do not meet) KYC and regulatory requirements Responsible for ensuring that cases are prioritized and managed effectively and consistently in line with the agreed process and SLA’s; ensuring that all aspects of delivery are running effectively Work collectively with the Client, Front office and across Operations function to ensure full transparency and improve turn-around times Understanding of the risk associated with specific entity / client types and evaluating the case risk as a result Supports the production of critical metrics and reporting which provide data related to department performance, risk quantification and stratification, and resource capacity About You Required Skills Knowledge and experience in Risk, Compliance and/or KYC Communication skills and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Business/Accounting Ability to understand complex AFC rules and interpret them well enough to apply to on boarding process Ability to deliver Key Performance Metrics to senior business managers. Ability to translate outputs into deliverables and actions. Ensure that the actions are followed through and measured.
