As a Warranty Technician you will play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing warranty items for our customers. You will train closely with the Service Supervisor to develop skills to diagnose and repair issues, ensuring that all warranty repairs are handled efficiently and effectively. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our companys commitment to quality.

Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00AM 8:00PM

What Youll Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to determine the cause of malfunctions or failures.
• Perform necessary repairs or replacements of defective parts in accordance with warranty guidelines.
• Enter/maintain accurate job notes of all warranty-related activities into Service Titan.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their warranty claims and ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to provide feedback on recurring issues or potential improvements.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or 2 years minimum in the HVAC field.
• EPA Certification required, Nate Certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Service Titan is a plus.
• Customer etiquette skills required.
