Through effective communication and proactive collection efforts, senior account representatives are an essential part of Superior Auto’s success. What’s In it For You?

Top performers earn an average of $46,000
Pay includes hourly base and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays

The Specifics:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively
A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
Proficient computer skills
