Job Summary and QualificationsSeeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Pre- Operative team of healthcare professionals. In this role within Pre-Assessment Testing (PAT), you will provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care to each patient based upon their individual needs. - You will coordinate preparations for incoming surgical patients
- You will provide instructions on pre-operative care and day of service care
- You will maintain patient records and documents according to standards
- You will collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff You will maintain vigilance of patient progression toward meeting discharge criteria
- You will maintain professional and effective working relationships with all members of the Health Care Team
- You will support the mission, philosophy and goals of the HCA Hospital
- This role is for the Pre- Assessment Testing department
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALS
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in nursing
