Your Impact We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Sales team in North America. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing new clients, fostering long‑term relationships, and driving significant business expansion. You will work in a collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams to refine our market approach and lead the way in building strong, value‑driven partnerships. Day-To-Day Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and secure new RMS PMS and PAY clients through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, and other lead generation activities. Act as a relentless pursuer of new business opportunities, prioritizing growth through the acquisition of new clients over account maintenance. Collaborate with Sales leadership to achieve and exceed RMS PMS and PAY sales targets. Lead commercial negotiations with prospective customers, ensuring successful deal closures and value‑driven partnerships. Assess and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit with RMS solutions to ensure high‑quality pipeline management. Work closely with Sales leadership and Marketing to shape the ongoing go‑to‑market strategy for RMS PAY. Develop and utilize sales enablement and marketing materials to educate internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Participate in global Sales and Marketing team meetings to align with and contribute to the broader RMS PAY vision, sharing insights on regional market trends and sales opportunities. Actively engage in cross‑functional business improvement projects to optimize Sales, Marketing, and Product workflows and performance. Regularly present RMS sales enterprise opportunities, track progress against sales plans, and identify barriers, proposing solutions for internal review and action. Making decisions with a view of long‑term impacts Conceiving and creating what hasn’t yet been created - a business creator and executer Setting high goals and standards of performance and demonstrating tenacity and a drive to deliver Accepting accountability for executing on goals and can be relied upon to consistently deliver results Focusing on continuous improvement to help improve sales success Empathetic listener, professional collaborator with a passion for educating peers and direct reports and delivering a “wow” experience Understanding and following rules of conduct and ethical guidelines Demonstrating consistency, is dependable, respectful and considerate Building trust with others by following through on promises and commitments Achievement of Sales Targets as defined in your Sales Incentive Plan Product Adoption and Expansion Actively collaborate with the Sales leadership and Marketing teams to develop and refine RMS PAY’s go‑to‑market strategy. Contribute to the creation of impactful sales and marketing enablement materials, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are well‑educated about RMS PAY’s value proposition. Maintain strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth execution of business improvement projects related to RMS PAY. Foster trust and long‑term partnerships with existing RMS customers, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and tailored PAY solutions. Take ownership of individual sales goals and maintain accountability for delivering results, while demonstrating resilience and a proactive attitude toward solving challenges. Maintain a long‑term view when making decisions, ensuring actions align with both short‑ and long‑term business objectives. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in internal team collaborations and in client‑facing situations. Provide clear, persuasive product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of RMS PAY to enterprise clients. Skills and Experience Strong understanding of RMS 9+ and PAY and the RMS sales process to engage with existing RMS customers Strong product demonstration experience to existing and new RMS 9+ customers Experience with CRMs to manage customer relationships, PAY pipeline opportunity processes and develop reporting for sales management and executive teams Experience working with different teams and departments within RMS to develop deliverable PAY solutions to existing RMS PAY Enterprise customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
