We are actively seeking a Brand and Content Marketing Associate to join our in-house marketing team at our stunning Century City headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a high-growth environment. As we expand our marketing efforts, this role will be critical in shaping our brand’s visual and content-driven storytelling.



What You'll Do

You will play an integral role in managing CGC's external brand presence and developing creative content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include:


  • Content Creation & Design: Produce visually compelling content for our social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and branded collateral using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Brand & Campaign Strategy: Support the marketing team with creative input for campaigns, email marketing, event marketing, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the sales, events, and leadership teams to promote company initiatives, recruitments, and industry events.
  • Internal & External Communication: Assist in maintaining the company’s blog and newsletter, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with our brand narrative.
  • Event Support: Coordinate the branding of internal and external events, including webinars, company celebrations, and client appreciation events.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Track social media analytics and use insights to optimize future content and strategies.


Who We're Looking For

We’re searching for a creative, organized, and driven individual with an eye for design and a passion for marketing. The ideal candidate has:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other creative tools
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong writing skills for creating blogs, social posts, and marketing copy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Basic knowledge of Webflow, or other CMS systems (such as Wordpress/ Squarespace)
  • Graphic design experience (preferred, but not a full design role)
  • A team player mentality who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
