Job Summary:

The position involves overseeing the management and operations of nursing services, including providing strategic direction and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, developing and managing budgets, and serving as a liaison among staff, physicians, patients, and families. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage nursing operations, ensure effective patient care, and enforce compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health Administration

  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and budgeting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a diverse patient population
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis and personnel management preferred
