**Position Description**

Fortune Poker is hiring a new cook Candidate needs 2+ years of experience. The cook will be needed during our busiest hours. Candidate must be able to work alone. Benefits include health insurance and half-priced meals.

SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED :

Setup station in an organized manner.

Stock and restock station with appropriate goods to properly execute production.

Prepare foods that will be served to guests at a later time during their shift.

Prepare foods to order to guests specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Follow proper food handling guidelines of the heath department at all times.

Maintain a good working relationship with other employees at all times.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

At least two years of experience required.
