Full-Time CRNA - Morrison, ILFacility: Morrison Community Hospital Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Morrison Community Hospital We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals . We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Morrison, IL. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care. Caseload includes: General Surgery, Spines, Podiatry, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics and ENT Compensation: W2 or 1099 options • $3660,000 1099 option • 320 hours of PTO Benefits • Full benefits suite for W2 providers • Competitive, above-market pay • Medical Malpractice coverage • Support for mandatory license(s) and credentialing Qualifications: • Candidates with strong independent practice experience including regional and neuraxial anesthesia • All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements. • Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges. • Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred. • Must have solid decision-making ability. • Current certification as a CRNA with an IL license • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. • Assist with patient preparation and recovery. • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
