In this essential role, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve.Key Responsibilities:Carry out electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various settings.Ensure mechanical systems are functional and conduct necessary repairs.Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks across properties.Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural elements.Manage trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.Bring your own transportation and tools to job sites.Utilize basic math skills to execute tasks effectively.Communicate clearly with clients and team members.Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.Pay close attention to detail in all work performed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a handyman is essential.Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.A high school diploma or GED is preferred (relevant experience will be considered).Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Reliable transportation is crucial for this role.Flexible availability is required.Mechanical aptitude is a plus.A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.Additional Benefits:The company covers all material costs.Gas expenses will be reimbursed.Bi-weekly payment via direct bank transfer.Join Nandail Property Management and become part of a team committed to excellence in property maintenance and management.
