Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of large‑scale distributed systems. Proven experience defining or influencing architectural direction across multiple engineering teams. Strong expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and deep understanding of cloud‑native, distributed, and event‑driven architectures. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across product, science, and engineering functions. Track record of mentoring senior engineers and driving technical excellence across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LLM‑powered systems, multi‑agent orchestration, or AI workflow frameworks. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks. Deep understanding of performance optimization, resilience engineering, and observability in production AI systems. Experience influencing architectural roadmaps or technical strategy at an organizational level. Collaborate with product and research leaders to translate emerging AI capabilities into production‑grade enterprise solutions. Contribute to the evolution of best practices for performance, observability, and resilience in large‑scale AI systems.
