Position:
- Hospital serving community of 80,000 is looking to add another Oncologist to the team
- Physician may have a Medical or Hematology trained background, position is general
- Responsibilities include Physician oversite during all treatment hours and seeing scheduled patient visits
- Follow ups are 20 mins, new patients are 1 hour, and bone marrows are 1 hour slots
- Treatment plans are done at time of visit, sending "proceed with treatment" orders done at time of visit
- Physicians average 14-16 patients a day and chemo center services 20 patients a day
- 4 RN's, Nurse Practitioner, and MA's onsite for chemo and INF center
- 8 room clinic connected to chemo center and infusion center, with its own oncology pharmacy
- 6 weeks PTO, $4k CE, paid malpractice, benefits, and 403b with match provided
- Guaranteed Base Salary with ability to earn over $700,000 a year
