Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide clinical guidance and support to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care physician's office.
  • Certifications: AHA CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Travel: Occasional regional travel required, with the ability to travel to multiple sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Previous lead or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
