- Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates #AddLife culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
- Responsible for fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
- Complies with and follows Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the company's Responsible Gaming Plan.
- Monitors reconciliation of funds exchange for cashiers.
- Issues, controls, and reconciles all credit instruments.
- Maintains accurate accountability of all funds assigned.
- Prepares daily casino bank deposit in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Reconciles reports from Drop Count department.
- Reconciles all credit and jackpot slips (games), checks, credit card advances, markers, and other related fund exchanges associated with the main bank.
- Maintains and controls all window bank and retail bank keys.
- Performs duties of Cage Cashier as needed
- Safeguards company assets and adheres to all cage policies and procedures.
- Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted on an assigned shift.
- Handles Team Member and guest financial transactions.
- Monitors for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency and/or vouchers.
- Balances all funds and prepares reconciliation reports accordingly.
- Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position's supervisor.
- Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
- Obtain and retain required license(s).
- Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
- Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department.
- Have knowledge of the Property's programs to address problem gaming.
- Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Banking and guest service experience preferred. Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Virginia Racing Commission License
