On‑Site Requirement – Physical presence at the job location during scheduled hours. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work; current residents of the property are not considered. Property Information – 316‑unit mid‑rise lease‑up community scheduled to open in 2026. Compensation Package – $90,000 to $95,000 per year* Monthly leasing bonuses & quarterly bonuses Live on‑site discount once move‑ins begin March 2026 Moving expense reimbursement up to $2,500 for out‑of‑state applicants willing to relocate Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits (employer pays 85% of employee’s premium) 401(k) contribution with annual company match Paid sick leave accrual of 1.33 hours per 30 hours worked (≈ 11 days per year) Paid vacation starting at two weeks, increasing with tenure 10 paid holidays, including two personal holidays of your choice What We Offer Competitive starting wages listed above A company‑wide commitment to diversity and inclusion A positive work environment where employee contributions are valued A fun culture with team‑building activities and events Comprehensive training programs and development opportunities What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in multifamily/student housing within the last 10 years At least 2 years managing a lease‑up multifamily community, including team oversight and property operations Experience managing a unit inventory equivalent to or greater than 316 units Proficient knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws, landlord‑tenant laws, and ADA laws Experience managing market‑rate communities and Class A and/or Class B communities Customer service experience required Prior lease‑up or acquisitions experience preferred On‑site and/or Knock experience preferred High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient communication and teamwork skills Positive outlook and collaborative team approach Strong sense of responsibility and pride in work Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Your Role Conduct daily property walks to ensure curb appeal and policy adherence Approve and maintain timecards for office and maintenance staff Maintain high occupancy rates while focusing on resident retention Handle sales and marketing ventures and promote the company and property Track and manage revenue and expenses Prepare and maintain reports for upper management Collect rent dues in a timely manner Manage contract obligations Coordinate all move‑in/move‑out related items and documents Train, develop, and manage team performance in compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee contractors or vendors working on the property, ensuring quality standards are met Foster a positive work environment through relationships with team members, residents, and contractors/vendors The responsibilities above are not all-inclusive.
