Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client projects, ensuring successful delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires strong project management skills and a passion for delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project plans and related documents (e.g., communication plans, action logs).
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate client meetings.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all commitments.
- Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Act as the escalation point for issue resolution.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Support continuous improvement of client engagement methods and tools.
- Develop a solid understanding of the software platform and its features.
- Provide logistical and project management support for operations.
- Assign operations team resources to client projects.
- Administer and review client feedback surveys.
- Participate in other internal initiatives and tasks as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with project management experience.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working in a team environment under time and resource constraints.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Aptitude for data analytics and data processing.
- College degree, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Experience in a clinical research organization is a plus.
- Programming experience/aptitude (e.g., SQL, SAS) is a plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
