We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a key resource for customers by providing technical support via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a professional, patient, and courteous manner to resolve service requests related to café equipment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure they are satisfied with equipment performance and completion of service requests.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Dispatch work orders to internal and external service providers utilizing SAP/CRM and web-based systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance if available online and follow up with the Customer as needed and the Sales Team as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years related experience in customer service, account maintenance, or technical support required.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical fundamentals required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP/CRM is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
