We are seeking a dedicated LocumsPhysician specializing in Geriatrics, Family Medicine, or General InternalMedicine to join our team in Berlin, VT. While experience in geriatrics ispreferred, it is not required. The position is available to start as soon ascredentialing is complete, with an initial duration of three months and thepotential for extension.

The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There are also flexible options available,allowing shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

The primary responsibilities includeproviding high-quality care to patients in a nursing home setting. This willinvolve performing necessary duties such as admissions, discharges, acuteevaluations, and 30-day evaluations.

The patient load will consist ofmanaging 8-12 patients per day.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • BLS certification.
  • Proficiency with PointClickCare and EPIC EMR systems.

Berlin is a town located in WashingtonCounty, Vermont, USA. It is situated near the state capital, Montpelier, and ispart of the Barre-Montpelier metropolitan area and is known for its ruralcharacter and scenic landscapes typical of Vermont.
