Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $95,000 plus monthly bonus initiatives Hybrid-remote flexibility with 2-3 days of remote work each week Opportunities for career advancement on a clear BCBA path Generous paid time off: 21 days in the first year, plus sick time based on state regulations Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401K retirement plan with a 4% match In-house continuing education units (CEUs) and mentorship from industry-leading clinicians What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18 Collect data utilizing Central Reach software Meet billable hour requirements: 27 hours per week for full-time BCBAs and 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs Conduct intake assessments and parent training sessions Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs What is Required (Qualifications): Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's Degree in a relevant field Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics Passion for client success and improvement Proven leadership skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in case management or therapeutic settings with children Familiarity with data collection methods and software History of collaboration in clinical teams Additional certifications related to behavior analysis or therapy Previous mentorship experience with clinical staff We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
