Chief Financial Officer is a strategic and hands‑on financial leader, with experience in cost accounting and ERP systems, a strong background in manufacturing and consumer products, and exceptional ability to build high‑performing teams while driving process improvements. Position Overview One of Hawaii’s leading food and beverage manufacturers seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations and IT functions while serving as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role drives financial strategy, ensures compliance, and partners closely with the CEO and Board to support growth and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, audits, and compliance. Oversee IT resources and explore ERP system improvements. Manage annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and tax compliance. Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and internal controls. Oversee commodity purchasing and hedging programs. Provide actionable business insights to support strategic decisions. Build and develop a high‑performing finance team. Skills Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Expertise in financial planning, cost accounting, and inventory management. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting. Ability to optimize processes and implement internal controls. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting Proven success as a CFO or senior finance leader in manufacturing or consumer products. Experience with GAAP compliance and audit processes. Background in process manufacturing and supply chain finance. Familiarity with commodity management and hedging strategies.
