Director, Medical Affairs Operations at ITF Therapeutics LLC Base pay range $233,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr The Director, head of U.S. Medical Operations will be responsible for day-to-day Medical Affairs operations. Reporting to the Executive Director, Head of U.S. Medical Affairs, you will play a critical role in driving the realization of medical activities against plan, ensuring that our strategic objectives are measured, met, and communicated. This role will be based in Concord. What You’ll Do: Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to help develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. Medical Affairs plan in alignment with Global Medical strategy Oversee implementation and management of daily operations in fulfillment of Medical Affairs strategic plans and initiatives, including optimizing and managing dashboards and reviewing and interpreting key data Lead management of Medical Affairs budget in collaboration with Head of Medical Affairs Coordinate efforts across teams and support communication, alignment, and execution on special projects Act as a liaison internally and externally, focusing on building open lines of communication with key stakeholders Plan, track, and deliver on U.S. Medical congress presence and activities, in alignment with cross-functional partners Establish and maintain effective partnerships with agency and vendor partners; manage the contracting process and track POs, invoices, and agreements Who You Are: You are a seasoned Medical Affairs operations leader with over eight years of experience driving strategic execution in fast-paced biotech and pharmaceutical environments. Known for your agility and precision, you excel at translating complex plans into actionable outcomes, managing budgets, optimizing data dashboards, and coordinating cross‑functional teams. You thrive in startup settings, independently leading initiatives while fostering strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. With a deep understanding of compliance, launch excellence, and congress planning, you bring clarity, momentum, and operational rigor to every facet of U.S. Medical Affairs. Required Skills: Demonstrated history working in Medical Affairs in a small pharmaceutical or biotech company; startup experience preferred 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs operations Proven experience with independent leadership of medical affairs operations initiatives Strong understanding of medical operations compliance and best practices Outstanding communication skills and the ability to generate strong relationships Pharmaceutical launch experience required Ability to work independently to lead medical affairs functions with minimal daily input Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences and meetings Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred Additional Information: The base compensation range for this role is: $233,700 – $270,000 annually. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
