SAP CPQ Solution Architect The SAP CPQ Solution Architect defines and ensures a comprehensive and coherent view across Businesses, Information Systems and Technologies. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change. In this role you’ll be interpreting client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs. You will provide guidance and oversight for the development team to ensure that the process followed and the solution delivered are consistent with industry standards. Responsibilities Design and manage your client’s complete enterprise solutions Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community, showing a passion for technology and business acumen Perform stream lead responsibilities at the CIO/CTO level of your client’s organization Lead our consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 12 years of domain expertise on SAP CPQ (or similar CPQ technology) 5+ years of consulting experience working in agile environment with diverse team 7+ years of architect or IT solution provider experience 12+ years of overall IT experience A strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt new technical skills related to CPQ Possess expert-level knowledge and experience in CPQ features, such as: product setup and configuration, guided selling, pricing rules, global scripts, integrations, basic UI configuration, document generation, shopping cart configuration, custom field creation, approvals and notifications, languages and markets, and reporting Experience conducting client workshop sessions to provide expertise on the SAP CPQ platform and identify gaps between customer requirements and OOTB system capabilities Experience managing complex full life cycle CPQ implementations Knowledge of CPQ product architecture and how it fits in with customers CRM, ERP or other tools TOGAF 9 and IAF level 1 certification Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management Hands‑on experience integrating SAP CPQ with other SAP products like Commerce Cloud, C4C, ERP and Salesforce products is desired Experience in a mentor, coach and team support role for all members of the development team Should be master in Functional Architecture Design Proficiency in Business Analysis & Software Engineering Knowledge of SAP Quote to Cash process & Variant Configuration SAP CPQ/Sales Cloud Certification Experience integrating CPQ solutions to visualization software (such as CDS or ThreeKit) Benefits Flexible work Healthcare including dental, vision, mental health, and well‑being programs Financial well‑being programs such as 401(k) and Employee Share Ownership Plan Paid time off and paid holidays Paid parental leave Family building benefits like adoption assistance, surrogacy, and cryopreservation Social well‑being benefits like subsidized back‑up child/elder care and tutoring Mentoring, coaching and learning programs Employee Resource Groups Disaster Relief Location US–TX – Houston Disclaimer Capgemini is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging inclusion in the workplace.
