IT Workday Finance Business Partner with Evergreen Healthcare Partners will serve as a technology business partner to Evergreen’s Finance and Operations teams, helping translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This role will focus primarily on Workday Financials and Professional Services Automation (PSA), with secondary support for interconnected HCM and Payroll functions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Workday expertise with a strong understanding of finance, project accounting, operational workflows, and reporting to optimize Evergreen’s financial visibility, forecasting, and project delivery. This person will collaborate across departments to drive process improvement, automation, and innovation while ensuring system integrity and alignment with Evergreen’s long-term digital transformation goals. Post implementation, this role will focus on identifying opportunities for innovation, optimizing system usage, and ensuring that Workday is delivering maximum business value. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep Workday expertise, an eye for process improvement, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. In addition, this person embraces Evergreen’s goal of being theParticipate in system design workshops and ensure business requirements for finance and project management are accurately reflected in system configuration.Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, etc.) to support business processes.Communicate in meetings, one-on-ones, and daily interactions with clarity, purpose, and respect for the individuals involved in the discussion. Serve as subject matter expert for your team and role. Support colleagues and Evergreen’s growth by participating in hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and other duties as assigned. * Attend Evergreen’s in-person annual retreat once per year.* Strong understanding of Workday modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Billing, Time Tracking, and Expense Management, etc.) and reporting capabilities.* High attention to detail, including time management, analytical, organizational, and active listening.* Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and professional services KPIs.PHYSICAL DEMANDSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift no more than 15 pounds at a time.WORK HOURSEvergreen’s core working hours are 9AM – 5 PM Central Time, and most of our internal meetings take place during this time frame.SALARY RANGE $98,000-125,000 depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.QUALIFICATIONS **Required Qualifications** Three to five years of hands-on Workday administration experience (implementation experience preferred) with emphasis on Workday Financials, PSA, and Project Accounting. Knowledge of Finance core business processes.Experience with data migration, integration testing, and system design. Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of team members, managers, and vendors.Demonstrated commitment to put forth consistent effort and successfully complete assigned tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Ability to contribute to a positive working environment. **Preferred Qualifications**Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or resource management functions.
