**Responsibilities**

Our 20 bed unit sees a variety of patients with acute medical conditions such as sepsis, digestive disorders (GI Bleeds, pancreatitis, and other gastrointestinal disorders), heart failure, and cellulitis. Responsibilities:

- The registered nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services

-Assists the patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.

- Collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals, the Registered Nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.

**Qualifications**

We require:

+ Current WA State RN license is required.

+ Recent RN experience with acute care patients.

+ CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.

+ Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.

+ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

+ Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements

**Pay Range**

$45.75 - $66.46 /hour
