Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr What We're Working On We partner with global enterprises to launch digital products that interact with millions of users and massive data volumes. Our work requires scalable architecture, creative problem‑solving, and seamless platform integration. What You’ll Do Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Guide teams on best practices for building with PySpark, AWS, and Databricks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with product goals Own architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure and data pipelines What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles Deep expertise with AWS, Databricks, and PySpark Strong Python and SQL skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) The job is 100% Remote; please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location. In addition, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules. Salary range: $75,000 - $140,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
