Together under the Shyft umbrella, our teams drive new synergies that bring innovations to life on the road - for an experience that is safer, more satisfying, more rewarding all around.With 50 years and millions of miles behind us, we continue to charge forward - leading the commercial vehicle transition to electric, innovating across all our brands, and earning our position among Fortune's 100 Fastest Growing Companies.What you'll do:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Must be able to follow instructions (both verbal & written), fluent in advanced print reading with limited information, work individually and in a team setting.• Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.• Troubleshoot and Repair assigned work.• Must be proficient in work areas in Zones 1, 2, 4 & 5 to fill as needed to meet daily production goals.• Update work order information in Aurora.• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.• Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations.• Perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.What you need to be successful:QUALIFICATIONS Must have 6 months of company employment, good standing in both attendance and performance, and meet minimum qualifications to be considered for the role.• HS Diploma or GED• Must be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools.• Must perform work proficiently and be detail oriented.• Understand and uphold Quality Assurance standards.• Must be flexible to work any zone.• Must have strong computer skills using MS Office, knowledge of Aurora is a plus.
