MRI TechnologistLocation: San Antonio Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: Competitive Salary + BenefitsAbout the RoleOur top-tier healthcare client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic MRI Technologist to join their diagnostic imaging team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining excellence in imaging standards and equipment operation.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all MRI procedures with precision and care, following established protocolsOperate and maintain MRI systems and related equipment, including monitoring and biopsy toolsEnsure accurate use of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) for scheduling, tracking, and documentationDeliver compassionate care to patients across all age groups—pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatricAssess situations, consider alternatives, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentUphold quality control standards and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountabilityQualificationsEducation & Experience:Graduate of an accredited Radiology programPrior experience in an outpatient MRI setting preferredLicensure & Certifications:Must obtain one of the following within 6 months of hire:ARRT (MR) certificationARMRIT certificationCurrent CPR certification (or must obtain during orientation)Preferred: Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) Certification from the Texas Department of HealthThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated technologist to work in a supportive environment with cutting-edge imaging technology.
