CHI Health has an immediate need to add a Clinic RN to our OB Clinic lcoated at our CUMC-Bergan campus off of 77th & Mercy

Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-6p, No weeknds, No holidays & No call

CHI Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, includes 150+ clinics delivering quality care to patients across Nebraska and southeast Iowa. Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.

**Responsibilities**

They also play a huge role in a patient's experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics. **Expectations:**

+ Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.

+ May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.

+ Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality.

+ Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.

+ Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.

+ Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response. Refer to/consult with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to prevent/resolve problems or concerns.

+ Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

+ Document patient assessment and intervention data using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices.

+ Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.

+ Track quality assurance data and monitor for acute and chronic care management.

+ May act as team lead for other nursing staff.

+ Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

**Pay Range**

$17.89 - $24.60 /hour
