Your Role as a Store Management Assistant: In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of a store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will play a vital role in driving your store's success. To help you thrive, we provide 3 or more weeks of hands-on store leadership training. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma required Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) ADA Statement: This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Counter areas can be hot from food steam and vapors, and associates are expected to remain on their feet for extended periods. Duties may include preparing hot and cold foods and using kitchen equipment. Lifting up to 50 lbs. is common, along with reaching across counters at 36 inches high. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
