You'll be our primary sales executive in Spain, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature with Global 2000 companies and medium to large Spanish businesses.Location: Remote anywhere in Spain, with up to 50% travel requiredKey ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales Execution:Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across SpainHunt and prospect new enterprise opportunities using existing network and rolodexNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes at C-suite levelLead negotiations for large-scale Agentic AI implementations ($500K+ deals)Drive deal closure through executive presentations and technical demonstrationsAccount Development:Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at Spanish enterprisesDevelop deep understanding of customer business processes and automation needsCoordinate with pre-sales solutions consultants for technical demonstrationsManage complex procurement processes in regulated industriesCreate and execute account penetration strategies for target enterprisesMarket Development:Establish Maisa's presence in Spanish enterprise marketIdentify and pursue strategic partnership opportunitiesParticipate in key industry events and conferencesBuild relationships with system integrators and consulting partnersProvide market feedback to product and marketing teamsPipeline Management:Maintain robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunitiesAccurate forecasting and CRM managementCollaborate with marketing on account-based marketing initiativesWork with SDR team to identify and qualify inbound leadsRequired QualificationsEssential Requirements:Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency8+ years of enterprise software sales experience as Senior Account Executive or VPProven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($3M+ annual quotas)Established network/rolodex within Spanish enterprise marketTrack record of closing complex, 6-figure deals with enterprise sales cyclesSales Skills:Strong executive presence and C-suite communication skillsAbility to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholdersExperience navigating complex enterprise procurement processes and large account pursuitsHunter mentality with proven prospecting skillsHighly Desired QualificationsExperience with AI/automation platforms or emerging enterprise technologiesPrevious startup experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsExisting relationships with Spanish Global 2000 enterprisesExperience with cloud marketplace salesBackground in process automation, workflow solutions, or RPA platformsWhat We OfferCompensation Package:Competitive base salaryAttractive commission structure with acceleratorsEquity package reflecting senior IC role and market opportunityProfessional Growth:Ground-floor opportunity at funded, fast-growing AI startupWork directly with experienced founding teamOpportunity to define and own the Spanish enterprise marketContinuous learning in cutting-edge Agentic AI space #J-18808-Ljbffr
