Lab Operations Supervisor, Vehicle Engineering, Validation Platforms 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants What To Expect The Lab Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of multiple lab and testing facilities in the Bay Area. This role involves managing space planning, project coordination, logistics, and workforce supervision. Responsibilities include rigging projects, consumables stocking, equipment maintenance, contractor access, hazardous waste (hazwaste) compliance, recycling, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) support. Additionally, the supervisor schedules training, maintains signage and documentation, supports offsite testing, and acts as the primary point of contact for lab services. The role also involves leading new lab setups, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence through organization, safety compliance, and team performance management.
