Description: The Smith & Eulo Law Firm is looking for an energetic, go-getter, bi-lingual (Spanish-English strongly preferred, but not required) Criminal Defense Attorney with 2+ years of experience (felony experience a must) to join an amazing team of successful, caring, and compassionate Criminal Defense and Immigration Attorneys. Headquartered in Orlando, FL with satellite offices across the state, the firm is looking for someone to join us in our Tampa office. Responsibilities will include:Meet with potential clientsInterview witnessesPerform legal researchVisit clients in custodyAttend court hearings, trials, proceedingsFile motionsExamine the crime sceneAccrue additional evidence in support of a cases argument against the prosecutions chargesGather expert witnesses to testify in courtWork on several cases at the timeRegularly updating clients about their casesResponding to the urgent needs of clientsBe willing to attend community service eventsKeep open lines of communication with paralegal and other office staffOther duties as assigned Requirements: Must Have Qualifications:Florida Bar licensedBilingual Spanish/English (strongly preferred)2+ years of experienceMust have felony experienceMust be a team playerMust be a great communicator with clients and co-workersWork well under pressureOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsBe able to travel by car to neighboring countiesBe willing to be on-call on some weekendsGreat organizational and multitasking skillsHigh integrityNice to Have Qualifications:Graduated from top 100 Law SchoolCriminal Trial Board CertifiedCompensation details: 105000-115000 Yearly SalaryPI85c0a71db044-31181-39263136
