Our consultants spend approximately 75% of their time on‑site with clients, though flexibility may be required based on client needs. When not on‑site, we remain engaged and accountable in a virtual work mode. In addition to delivering value to clients, this role requires strong leadership in client portfolio management, business development, engagement profitability, and strategic account growth to ensure sustained impact for our clients and Scrum Inc. You will also be responsible for leading and developing high‑performing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring alignment between client needs and our consulting capabilities, evolving our offerings in response to market shifts.
