**License:** RN License

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (Preferred: CCRN)

**Must-Have:**
- Medication and math competency test passed before medication administration.
- Knowledge of actions and side effects of commonly used drugs.
- Math skills for correct dosages and IV problems.

**Job Description:**

- Work in a mixed unit with ICU/CVICU/Surgical/Neuro patients, primarily medical but also include neuro surgery and CV surgery patients.
- Provide patient care with emphasis on teamwork and a collaborative environment.
- Utilize equipment such as vents, hemodynamics, and possibly CRRT.
- Document patient interactions and treatments in EPIC EMR.
- Adhere to patient ratios of 2/3:1.
- Float to Med Surg and Stepdown units as necessary.
- Work every other weekend with no call requirements.
- Uphold the dress code requiring black scrubs and avoid inappropriate attire like hoodies.
- Ensure patient safety and accuracy through medication and math competency assessment, requiring a minimum 90% passing score, with one opportunity to retake. Failure to pass second attempt may lead to termination.
