The **Electrician II** is responsible for:

+ Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and circuits

+ **Demonstrate proficiency and understanding on the following but no limited to:** power distribution, motor control centers, and back up emergency switch gear.

+ Performing preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with department, hospital and other regulatory agency codes

+ Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Experience**

+ **Required** - 5 years Electrician

+ Preferred - 8+ years with a range of electrical work

+ Preferred - 3 years Hospital Maintenance

+ Preferred - 1 year high rise electrical system

Education

+ **Required** - High School or equivalent GED

+ Preferred - Technical

Licensure

+ **Required** - Journeyman Electrician license

+ **Required** -OSHA 10 - must obtain within 90 days
