About The Team The Security Product Management team defines the strategy for security features and functionality to scale and strengthen our security platform for all Workday customers. About The Role In a world of evolving digital identity, we define and build foundational controls to ensure that everyone—human or machine—can securely prove their identity before accessing any of our services. Responsibilities Collaborate with Workday's senior leadership, customers, product management, and development teams to define requirements that drive access control and management strategy and roadmap. Lead collaborative effort across product and engineering to shape and refine AI Agent authentication strategies. Represent the customer and be data-driven when evaluating development decisions with engineering teams through design, testing and product/feature release. Identify platform solutions or improvements to help tackle customer problems or feedback. Own feature design documents to ensure multiple teams apply the solutions. Capture, prioritize, and define requirements (while actively grooming backlog) into executable epics and user stories. Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Independently drive the product vision and execution for a dedicated Scrum team, ensuring successful delivery by owning and guiding all Agile ceremonies. About You – Basic Qualifications 8+ years of demonstrated ability as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent. 4+ years of proven experience in authentication, identity management, authorization, or related security technologies. Validated understanding of compliance security regulations and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FedRAMP, etc. Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple technical and product teams in a matrixed environment. Other Qualifications Clearly prioritize and articulate product requirements; develop vision and strategy for area of ownership. Break down complex concepts and distill requirements to meet customer needs. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communications, interacting professionally at all levels. Experience with SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products and services. Experienced with Scrum and other agile methodologies. Passionate about technology and the security space.
