Senior Associate Scientist - Flow Cytometry Join Regeneron as a Senior Associate Scientist – Flow Cytometry in our Protein Expression Sciences team. You will operate and maintain high‑speed cell sorters and analyzers, provide protocol design and data analysis, support scientific staff, train users, and help maintain the core facility. Responsibilities Operate multi‑laser, high‑speed spectral cell sorters and analyzers independently. Maintain, align, calibrate and troubleshoot instruments for experimental requirements. Consult on protocol design, data acquisition, and analysis of flow cytometry experiments. Collaborate with field engineers and technical support to stay current on emerging technologies. Analyze data using flow cytometry software. Develop or revise standard operating procedures. Train users to operate analyzers. Participate in instrument qualification. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of flow cytometry principles and hands‑on experience with multi‑laser, high‑speed cell sorters. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain cytometers. Excellent communication, prioritization and confidentiality skills. Team player who can also work independently.
