The Credit Clerk will perform the following:

  • Review credit applications for new customers and process credit checks
  • Assist customers through the online credit application process
  • Obtain credit records from reporting agencies
  • Handle new customer setup in the system for approved customers
  • Notify customers of credit decisions in a timely manner
  • Update records and files
  • Assist with other duties as required


The Credit Clerk must possess the following skills:

  • Background in credit, data entry, or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good technology skills including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
