A non-profit organization, with locations in NY and NJ, is seeking Psychiatric/Mental Health NPs to join their team on a part-time basis. This position will be on site working with adults that have various mental health and substance abuse conditions. The days and hours are flexible during business hours and around your own personal schedule. You will work 1:1 with clients, create and manage care plans, and prescribe medication as needed. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians, social workers, nurses, and support staff.

_The base pay range for this position is $75 to $85 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. This is a true temp-to-perm role; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more perks once you transition_

*Duties:*
* Provide patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans.
* Provide individual psychiatric health services, education, counseling, and emotional support
* Refer patients for additional services and care as needed.
* Communicate with patients and engage in follow-up as necessary.
* May also provide primary medical care services as indicated.
* Complete all progress notes in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the Outreach Contractors.

*Requirements:*
* MSN with a concentration in Psych/Mental Health
* PMHNP in NY & NJ
* DEA Registration Number
* Experience working as an RN or NP previously with a similar population
