This high-impact role partners across departments to lead compliance, support public company reporting, manage corporate governance, and advise on executive compensation, finance transactions, and more. Key Responsibilities Lead compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters Prepare and review SEC filings and investor communications Support board and executive leadership on governance and compensation Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents Collaborate with HR on equity and benefit plans Supervise paralegals and manage legal workflows What We're Looking For 5+ years of corporate and securities law experience Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Juris Doctorate and bar admission in at least one U.S. state Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area (hybrid work model) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function / Industries Legal Construction Location: Franklin, TN Salary: $125,185 - $136,231 #J-18808-Ljbffr
